Workshop October


MaWangDui DaoYin Exercise is one of the Health Qigong routines that are meant to be practise using mental concentration focused along the meridians to stimulate the liver and gallbladder channels. The simple movements are easy to learn, benefiting practitioners, both physically and spiritually.

Giraffe with 4 legs

 This cute amigurumi giraffe is handmade (by me). Measuring approximate1ly 29 cm when standing. It is perfectly sized for little hands to play with, or to sit on a shelf or desk to keep you company. He is hand made using quality acrylic yarn in lemon yellow with a contrasting soft brown for his hands & feet and the tips of his horns & tail.

Reiki Share

Welcome to Reiki Share  


The Reiki Share is an opportunity to network with others, with spiritual like minded people for meditation and then practice and sharing of Reiki. We will set up in couples take turns in giving Reiki and receiving Reiki treatments. The combined group energy is a beautiful experience and aids us all on our healing paths.

About Tunde

Tunde has always been involved with some form of exercise, keeping fit for good health - few type of dance, kungfu etc. Now Tunde feels she has found her 'Life's Goal' as Tunde is a qualified instructor of Health Qigong Qigong and Yang style Tai Chi since 2010, Pranic Healer  (Pranandi since 2004) and Usui Reiki Practitioner (since 2017).
