Distance healing with Reiki and other healing modalities including Holistic Counselling work much like an in-person session, but instead of being physically present, the practitioner connects energetically with the recipient.

Reiki
is a form of energy healing that supports the body’s natural ability to relax, rebalance, and restore itself.
Although the idea of distance healing might seem unfamiliar, it doesn’t require physical touch — or even being in the same location.
Think of it like how we connect with others across the world through a phone or video call. Reiki works through focused intention and energy, and it doesn’t require belief to be effective. Many people feel a sense of calm, clarity, or emotional release after a session — even if they were initially unsure what to expect.
Holistic Counselling and Colour Therapy
Holistic Counselling is a personalized approach to well-being that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. It goes beyond traditional counselling by exploring your emotional patterns, thought processes, and energy flow, helping you release blocks and create positive changes in your life.
Colour Therapy is a complementary practice that uses the vibrational energy of colours to balance your emotions, stimulate self-healing, and enhance mental and spiritual clarity. Each colour resonates with different aspects of your energy, helping to restore harmony and vitality.
During a session, Tunde will guide you through a gentle, supportive process, combining conversation, energy work, and colour therapy to focus on the areas that matter most to you. Sessions are tailored to your personal needs, creating a safe space for self-reflection, emotional release, and growth.
What do you need to do?
It begins like any other Reiki session: with a conversation.
You then lie down or sit, whichever is more comfortable for you and then Tunde focuses on the distance component of Reiki healing and does the Reiki from a distance. Having created a secure connection for this time.
It ends with the same type of conversation as in any personal session, we discuss the feelings, messages, etc. during the treatment.

How do I get started?
Please first check when and which healing session is available and suits you best: mobile healing at your home called palm healing or hands-on healing, 1:1 healing or online sessions, at distance (in remote). (details are below).
Luckily, Tunde is a traveling therapist, offering both in-person and remote healing sessions. She believes in the effectiveness of both approaches and is committed to delivering healing energy wherever you are. Whether you prefer the comfort of your home or an online session, Tunde is available to assist you.
Picture this: you're feeling under the weather but need external support. You can even join a session from home, clad in your pajamas, without inconveniencing anyone. Tunde will connect with you securely via Zoom. (only an internet connection is required.)
Cost can also be a factor. Distance healing tends to be more economical as it eliminates travel expenses.
Please choose the option that suits you best. Recommend to booking 90 minutes session for your first one. It is including half hour consultation and one hour healing. Upon booking, we'll provide you with all the necessary details via email.
