Losing weight and getting stronger

This program focus on to getting stronger and lose weight with do this exercise program. Can be any Tai chi and Qigong movements that enhances physical fitness. Exercise which gives you more energy, endurance or stamina to you.
If you're trying to lose weight, a weight loss class can be very helpful. Getting regular exercise can help you meet your goals in a healthy.

Tai chi and Qigong are a low burn exercise. This programs means activities with enough intensity, duration, and frequency to improve stamina or muscle strength. This one hour weekly, in this class, at the request of the participants, we focus on the parts of the body where you want to lose weight, where you want to get stronger.

The Tai chi for getting stronger and lose weight class runs in the park or on Zoom weekly on Thursday at 9am
