Tai Chi for relaxation is foundation training for Tai Chi. It is includes the  Gongfa (method of training) exercise of Tai Chi and QiGong Training. Tai Chi fro relaxation has only eight forms. It is easy for student to follow. As you go through the Tai Chi relaxation in the class, you understand Tai Chi and QiGong theory better.
