Private, personal Sessions

Personal training is a 1 on 1 training, specifically designed to improve health management skills and/or to assist an individual to meet his/her personal goal(s). A class of 10 people, the instructor would need to concentrate on correcting the posture and forms for 10 people, but in the case of a 1-on-1 session you actually save 90% of the time and expenses for the training and also receive the best results.

For example, the correct forms of Yang Style28 were achieved successfully in 1-2 years through Personal Training but may take between 3-4 or more years in a group setting depending on an individual's understanding.

You can ask a quote for private group fee if you like to do it with you friend(s). Ask the quotation with contact Tunde.

Warm up routine

Includes Knee Activation, Kidney/Internal Organs Activation and some block opening Qigong movements.

Qigong routines

  • Mawangdui Daoyin Shu - Healing, Guiding Chi, 12 movements;
  • Daoyin Yangsheng Gong Shi Er Fa - Mind leading, 12 movements;
  • Yi Jin Jing - Tendon-Muscle Strengthening Exercises, 12 movements;
  • Tai Chi For Relaxation - 8 Forms.

Tai Chi routines

  • Tai Chi Ball,  6 Forms;
  • Traditional Yang Style, 8 Forms;
  • Traditional Yang Style, 12 Forms;
  • Traditional Yang Style, 28 Forms.

Cool down routine

Calming Form, Collecting Energy, Self Body Massage, Releasing Blocked Energy with tapping the full body and drop all negative energy.
