Program - Health Qigong * Daoyin Yangsheng Gong Shi Er Fa (Mind Leading Qi. 12 Method of Healing Chi) - The 12 Steps. This new set of qigong exercises combines Dao Yin with healthcare, limb exercises and mental cultivation, being graceful in movements, easy-to-learn, suitable for all ages, and effective for keeping good health and prolonging life. The movements not only increase the flexibility of all the joints of the body, but also strengthen the muscles, bones and ligaments. Even more important is its reflections the coordination between the rise and fall of the movements and the qi circulation of the internal organs, and the harmonious relationships between man and nature, which means the "harmony of man with nature". This undoubtedly has certain effects on improving the physique, preventing and treating illnesses, and prolonging life.

- Accredited Level 3 Advance Taiji Instructor by International Taiji and Qigong Federation since 2022 ITQF
- Tai Chi for Osteoporosis Instructor, 2020. This program is a special program designed by Dr Paul Lam
- 3rd Duan Wei, Health Qigong Duan Diplomas, since 2018. (Duan Wei, International Qualification System administered by Chinese Health Qigong Association (CHQA) under the International Health Qigong Federation (IHQF)
- International Tai chi Chinese Wushu Duanwei System Passport. Awarded First level Wei International Qualification System by Chinese Wushu Association, 2018,
- Tai chi – Qigong Instructor, 2014.

I would recommend anyone, who are interested in raising and improving their health and fitness level and help others along the way, to take up this course. It is simple to learn and suitable for people of all ages. It is recommended from young to senior, from beginners and advanced to understand better and further Chi, body meridians and meditation.
