World Tai Chi and Qigong Day is an annual event held on the last Saturday of April each year. Since 1999, millions of Tai Chi and Qigong practitioners from around 80 countries joined this global movement to promote the health benefits of these ancient arts.

Join in World Tai Chi & Qigong Day! Last Saturday of April each year (10 am local time worldwide) in 100s of cities, spanning 80 nations, people come together, to breathe together, providing a healing vision for our world.
Everyone is welcome!
We have celebrating this event with Wushu Council Australia this year.
World Tai chi and Qigong day will be held Saturday 27 April. A free session will be held at Epping Creative Centre in Room 2 from 9:30am-11am. Light morning tea will be served. Formal Tai chi workshop will follow (11am-1pm)
Due to its geographical position, Australia is one of the first countries the event starts with. This year, it fell on 28 April and was supported by many groups from all over the country.
