Losing weight and getting stronger

You can only change your shape and your life step by step. With the small steps you take every day toward your goal. In this challenge, we focus on GETTING STARTED. If you want to lose weight, reshape your figure, be healthier this program helps kick-start your lifestyle change.

Weight loss can be a challenge, but fortunately, there are many solutions available. Exercise is the main component for an effective lasting weight reduction and for you to keep up your weight. When you begin working out, you will feel more fiery and less upsetting and at last, you will become “dependent” to work out.
This program focus on to getting stronger and lose weight with do this exercise program. Can be any Tai chi and Qigong movements that enhances physical fitness. Exercise which gives you more energy, endurance or stamina to you.


If you're trying to lose weight, a weight loss class can be very helpful. Getting regular exercise can help you meet your goals in a healthy.

Tai chi and Qigong are a low burn exercise. Practice Tai chi and Qigong for getting stronger and lose weight. This programs means activities with enough intensity, duration, and frequency to improve stamina or muscle strength.
This is an one hour weekly exercise program at the request of the participants.
We focus on the parts of the body where you want to lose weight, where you want to get stronger.

No equipment required - Choose classes that use props (water or wine bottles make great weights). Want to feel fit in a fortnight? Get your post-natal sweat on? Unleash your inner ballerina? This is your program with your name on it.

Class runs on Zoom (at the moment) weekly on Thursday at 7:30am.
Need - Yoga mat, chair and maybe pillow and two one liter bottles fill in with water.
Please do not have breakfast before one hour or just light if you need it.
