I hope everyone is doing well and keeping busy.
We are all affected by the recent restrictions in different ways. It may have highlighted our ethical and spiritual beliefs. We may have felt pushed to show up when we wanted to hide, found flexibility when mentally paralysed, faced our fears, and witnessed our shadow-self. We may have bathed in the quietness and calmed in solitude. Deep within the highs and lows, are gifts to be nurtured and integrated. Take stock of the POSITIVE action the restrictions have forced you to take. These insights acknowledge our strength, inner truth, and core values.
I am happy to see that NSW re-opened on 11-10-2021 and we have more freedom in our life. Thank you for joining in the online fun over the past few months as we connected in Tai chi and Qigong group sessions, 1:1 Park session, Healing Nights Circle and , Distance Healing for your support. We created our 21 days challenge program for getting stronger and improve your balance. We just started the second one this week.
By inviting me to support you, you have also supported me.
As a small business owner, I am deeply grateful.
These online offerings will continue so that all of our NSW family and the global community have the opportunity to unite, be heard, and have fun. Tunde-World' Tai chi and Qigong programs in Term4 run in Zoom.
Tunde is planning to reopen in December with a longer training, 90 minutes sessions. And make a shorter summer holiday and coming back earlier in January 2022.
Tunde would like to ask you to send your message via email with your feedback for 90 minutes session and do you want to start the Term1 on 17-01-2022.

“I heard that we are in the same boat.
But it’s not that.
We are in the same storm, but not in the same boat.
Your ship can be shipwrecked and mine might not be.
Or vice versa.
For some, quarantine in optimal: a moment of reflection, or reconnection.
Easy, in flip flops, with a whiskey or tea.
For others, this is a desperate crisis.
For others, it is facing loneliness.
For some, peace, rest time, vacation.
This poem became viral during the April 2020 pandemic. Some attribute it to Damien Barr, others as anonymous.
Some want to go back to work because they are running out of money.
Others want to kill those who break the quarantine.
Some need to break the quarantine to stand in line at the banks.
Others to escape.
Others criticize the government for the lines.
So, friends, we are not in the same boat.
Sending you a big virtual hug, until we can do so again in person.
May the chi be with you.
Sending love and blessings,
Tunde
