To practice tai chi and qigong at home with follow the instruction, learn step by step and repeat without any limitation. That is easier than follow a note.

How does it work?

You will receive an email every weeks for your program. For example the Tai chi beginner program runs in 8 weeks. Once received your payment you will receive your first email for your first tutorial program on Sunday. This email will include 3 links for the warming up session, a tutoring video and a calming down video. You should watch these videos during the week any time. After that you will receive another similar email on the second. You will receive 8 emails for Tai chi beginner 8 movements program in 8 weeks. Please check below how many weeks your program runs.
