Every day - every moment - is a new opportunity to express gratitude for all that has been, and to decide where you want to go next.

As we welcome the new decade we open our hearts to our communities and loved ones affected by the bush fires. Maybe you're affected directly or know loved ones who are. If you're feeling overwhelmed, please practice regular slow breathing: Exhale through the nose for 3 counts. Inhale through the mouth for 3 counts. 6 rounds of slow breathing will regulate your breath and instruct the brain to reduce its response to emotional stress.
