The Yi Jin Jing internal gongfu was representative of Shaolin internal secrets which has been carried for thousands of years. It is a set of qigong from Dao Yin Qigong consisting of 12 movements. It is also called internal gongfu. It is simple to learn and suitable for people of all ages. It is the most popular of all the classic Chinese Qigong meditation exercises. It can be practiced in the park, in standing position to help practitioner to get correct posture, circling with whole body to achieve, meditation, relaxation holistic mind-body wellbeing.
