A Comprehensive Review of Health Benefits of Qigong and Tai Chi.

Research examining psychological and physiological benefits of Qigong and Tai Chi is growing rapidly. The many practices described as Qigong or Tai Chi have similar theoretical roots, proposed mechanisms of action and expected benefits.

Tunde participated in the 13th Hong Kong International Wushu Competition

Congratulations to Tunde a local - Castle Hill - Tai Chi and Health Qigong teacher on her recent achievement.

Tunde, together with a small team from Wushu and Tai Chi NSW competed in the 13th Hong Kong International Wushu Competition which was held from the 20th- 24th of August 2018.

Between them the small team of five were awarded ten medals with Tunde winning three gold medals.

Tunde says, “It was such a lovely experience and I now have 3 gold medals for Tai chi and Health Qigong.

Chungliang Al Huang is the founder & President of the Living Tao Foundation and author of numerous best-selling books, including the classic "Embrace Tiger, Return to Mountain." Master Huang speaks about using the Tao philosophy of TaiJi and YinYang to embrace opposites and make a whole picture/life, and leads the audience through a number of TaiJi movements that incorporate key concepts and all parts of our lives. Master Huang paints five key Chinese characters and discusses the role of each in the dance of opposites.

Free Tai chi and QiGong in the Fagan Park

I just came back from the park where I was for checking but everything, everywhere (under the covered area in the England Garden also) are wet what is not safety for outside exercise.

Really sorry to say that I need to cancel tomorrow as the weather refer Thundershowers for tomorrow.
